Reconnect with Yourself: Feel More in Tune with Your Needs
You say yes. You keep going. You make decisions. And by the evening, you're not quite sure how you feel anymore.
Take a moment to listen and check in with yourself, without analysing anything.
What if you paid more attention to how you feel?
That automatic “yes”
Someone asks you for a favour. You agree before even asking yourself whether you want to.
Going through the day on autopilot
One task follows another. By the evening, you've done a lot, but haven't really taken a moment to check in with yourself.
Something feels off
Everything seems “fine”, yet something doesn't feel quite right. You can't quite put your finger on it.
It's easy to lose touch with how you feel without noticing. Yet your body is constantly giving you signals, through sensations and emotions. The important thing is to pay attention.
The key idea
Feeling comfortable or uncomfortable can tell you something.
Feeling at ease, calm or confident may help you recognise what suits you. Tension, hesitation or discomfort may suggest that something isn't right for you.
You don't need to judge or explain these feelings. Simply notice them. Over time, they can help you understand yourself better and make your own choices.
Two ways to listen. You choose.
Many Bio Music One users say they have become more aware of how they feel, understand their reactions better and find it easier to make decisions. Some also describe feeling more comfortable expressing themselves and making choices that suit them.
Take some time for yourself
With Conscious Listening, put on headphones, close your eyes and listen. Notice any feelings or sensations that come up, without trying to control or analyse them.
Keep listening as you go about your day
Play an album in the background or use Inaudible & Continuous mode while you carry on with your activities. You don't need to set aside extra time. Simply notice how you feel when you speak, decide or act.
You can choose either listening option, or both. Use what suits you best.

“An invitation to be yourself and dare to express it.”
“Bio Music One helped me become aware of my true nature, who I really am — not through thinking about it, but through feeling it.”
What if you don't notice anything in particular?
“All the CDs bring about sensations. What connects them is that I feel myself returning to what is right for me. I am more aware of my true nature, and I can recognise the roles I've taken on to fit in or cope with situations. I can look at those roles clearly and, with the help of this music, heal, so that I can become calm and authentic.”
Sometimes you won't notice anything unusual. Other times, small changes become clearer as the days go by. There's nothing you need to achieve. Just notice what you experience, at your own pace.
These testimonials describe individual experiences. What people feel may vary from person to person.

Notice how you feel over the next few days
When you speak, decide or act, do you feel at ease or tense? Comfortable or unsure? You don't need to analyse it. Just notice.
See things as they are. Make conscious choices.
