The well-being day everyone forgets by Monday.
People listened, took notes… and by Monday, everything was back to the way it was.
A shared Bio Music One listening experience, at your workplace or during a company retreat. Nothing to learn, nothing to get right, nothing to produce: everyone is free to listen, feel and notice.

People listened, took notes… and by Monday, everything was back to the way it was.
After lunch, attention drifts and phones start coming out again.
Year-end closing, restructuring, a launch: the pressure builds, and it spills over into working relationships.
Many workplace well-being initiatives remain theoretical or one-off: they explain how to manage stress without offering a direct experience.
The Bio Music One workshop takes a different approach. Rather than trying to convince anyone through a presentation, it offers each person a firsthand experience, in a straightforward, respectful professional setting. What each person takes away from it is entirely their own.
A jargon-free introduction to what your teams are about to experience, and what is expected of them (nothing more than listening).
A guided listening experience adapted to the group, using headphones or speakers in the room. Everyone is free to sit, lie down or move as they wish, and to have their own experience.
Those who wish to can share what they noticed. Together, we explore ways to bring the experience into everyday life, individually or as a team.

They do not have to believe or accept anything. They can listen and notice what happens. Scepticism is welcome, and participation is always voluntary.
That can happen, and it is part of the experience. Some notice something in the hours afterwards; others notice nothing in particular.
