Your BMO App
This page is dedicated to users of the Bio Music One app. Here you will find the essential information you need to continue enjoying your albums and easily resolve the main situations you may encounter: an unstable or interrupted Internet connection, an app or server update, or a change of device or account…
In most cases, a few simple steps are all that is needed.
1. If you can no longer connect to the app
The Bio Music One app and the server that supports it may occasionally require an update: a technical development, an improvement to certain features or an adaptation to Apple or Google requirements.
During these updates, the app may occasionally become temporarily inaccessible while your device is connected to the Internet or mobile data.
In this situation, two points are essential.
Continue using your albums offline
The Bio Music One app has been designed so that you can continue listening to albums you have already downloaded, even when a connection to the server is temporarily unavailable.
turn on Airplane Mode on your phone or tablet, then open the Bio Music One app again.
In offline mode, the content of the information pages cannot be loaded. A message will appear instead to indicate the purpose of each page.
Your previously downloaded albums remain accessible in the app.
You can therefore continue using Bio Music One while the technical issue is being resolved.
2. If your albums are no longer available
Access to the Bio Music One app is linked to the Apple or Google account used on your device.
You have changed your account or email address
If you are now using a new account, simply contact us via the CONTACT form and provide both your previous account details and the new ones.
We can then reactivate your albums for the new account.
Important for iPhone and iPad users
When you sign in to Bio Music One, Apple may hide your email address and automatically generate an Apple Relay address.
If your albums no longer appear, check that Bio Music One is using your usual Apple account.
If necessary:
- Close the Bio Music One app without signing out.
- Open Settings → your Apple Account → Sign in with Apple → Bio Music One.
- Select Stop Using Apple ID.
- Open the Bio Music One app again.
- Sign out from the app menu.
- Sign in again from the Series 1 Albums or Series 2 Albums page.
- When signing in, choose Share My Email.
- You can then download your albums again.
